Return & Refund Policy

At Domivo, your satisfaction comes first. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help under the conditions below.

Standard Returns – 30 Days
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include all accessories, parts, and manuals

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or show signs of wear
  • Products returned without their original packaging or protective seals
  • Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products once opened
  • Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product page
  • Returns requested after the applicable return period has ended

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost to you.
Reports made after 30 days may not qualify for a free replacement.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Include your order number and the reason for your return. The sender address on your parcel is not our return address; we’ll email you the correct return address and instructions once your request is approved.
